A boutique hotel in the heart of Milan, on Via Montenapoleone, designed with a clear philosophy: to give a cohesive feel to the entire property while making every single room unique.

The design works with the visual layering of the spaces: colored, decorative wainscoting defines the character of the rooms, while in the hallways, the scheme inverts. This creates a precise graphic counterpoint that transforms the corridors into genuine design features. It is a system of subtle echoes that guides the guest through the spaces with a sense of cohesion and surprise.

Every element is custom-made, from the reception desk, crafted in ribbed Canaletto walnut with brass accents, to the bedroom furniture. Brass reappears as a common thread throughout the details, bringing warmth and refinement to a setting that balances the historical memory of the location with a contemporary, recognizable aesthetic.
